Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized pharmacy technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of prescription information, preparing medications for clients, and maintaining inventories of medications and prescription records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify prescription information for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare medications for clients, including compounding oral solutions, ointments, and creams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medications and prescription products
  • Assist with scheduling and workflow to ensure efficient pharmacy operations
  • Bill third-party insurers for client prescriptions
Work Environment

Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education in pharmacy technology or a related field
  • Experience in a pharmacy setting is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
