Administrative Support Clerk

University College of the North is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Registrar's Office Support Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Registrar, including scheduling meetings, communicating with stakeholders, and making travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Registrar, including scheduling meetings and communicating with stakeholders
- Make travel arrangements and provide assistance to various UCN committees
- Process applications, review admissions, and perform data entry within the Community Integrated Supports (Continuing Education)
- Office Assistant Certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of related office experience
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office 365
- High level of accuracy with data entry
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a busy office environment
- Knowledge of adult education
- Knowledge of post-secondary education institutional structures (faculties, programs, courses)
- Knowledge and understanding of Indigenous cultures
