Job Title: Bilingual Project Controller

We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual professional to join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Project Controller. This hybrid role combines administrative support, project management, and financial analysis, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team on Services and Delivery by planning, managing deadlines, and processing invoices and credit memos.
  • Receive priorities from customers and ensure planning is aligned with their needs.
  • Communicate regularly with customers and key personnel to obtain critical information and support customer requirements.
  • Perform project initialization, administrative duties, and associated paperwork.
  • Conduct monthly financial analysis and support project review cycles.
  • Update information in databases according to the plan or revised plan.
  • Participate and support special projects related to improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in administration or finance with 2-5 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum experience in a Project Management Office.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Bilingual French and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
