Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Medicine Hat. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with our customers, assisting with product inquiries, sourcing additional products, and processing orders via the counter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service by directly servicing customers via counter sales, confirming stock availability, and processing orders and inquiries.
  • Warehouse Support
    • Pick, ship, and receive orders while replenishing stock levels to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Customer Service
    • Consistently achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Brand Ambassador
    • Build brand recognition by supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences, ensuring that our corporate image is consistently reflected.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of prior counter sales/warehouse experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge.
