About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dining Room Attendant to join our team at Bun Cha Ca Hoang Yen. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner
  • Describe menu items and make recommendations to customers
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages with a smile and attention to detail
  • Train staff to ensure high standards of customer service
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift and move tables and chairs as needed
