This is a Customer Relationship Manager position within our Canadian Banking Branch network. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice and guidance to customers
- Building comprehensive plans to help customers achieve their financial goals
- Nurturing long-standing relationships with customers
- Developing and growing the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Mutual Funds licence and working towards the CIFP Diploma
- The appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellence customer service
- The proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
