Catering Operations Manager

Brioche Urban Baking Ltd is seeking a skilled Catering Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
- Prepare and submit reports on food preparation, service, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- Establish work schedules and delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
