About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Vernon Jubilee Hospital. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients, ensuring their unique needs are met
• Work under the supervision of a physician or nurse practitioner to provide orthopaedic care, including assessing patient condition, reviewing x-rays, and applying casts and splints
• Operate within the scope of practice as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives, adhering to organizational policies and protocols
