Senior Tax Manager

Baker Tilly SNT is a leading CPA firm in Northern Ontario, with a strong presence in Sudbury, Timmins, and North Bay. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Tax Manager or Principal to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with partners, managers, and senior staff on business tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advisory engagements.
- Deliver high-quality tax planning, services, and advice to clients.
- Provide coaching and professional development to firm staff on tax knowledge and matters.
- Prepare and present technical sessions to firm staff.
- Minimum 10 years of public accounting experience with a tax specialty.
- Canadian Professional Accounting Designation (CPA).
- Successful completion of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course or Masters of Tax Program.
- Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office, Caseware/Casview, TaxPrep, and tax research software.
- Proven project management and time management skills.
- Bilingualism in French/English is an asset.
