As an Associate Investment Advisor with CIBC Wood Gundy, you'll be responsible for building and growing client portfolios through dedicated relationship management, trusted investment advice, and exceptional client service. You'll deploy assets into suitable financial products based on the client's risk/reward tolerances and engage in all marketing and business development activities to facilitate the accumulation of assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong and trusting client relationships through high levels of interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Develop investment plans and written proposals for prospects and clients, analyzing information/trends and applying it to individual client circumstances.
- Participate in seminars for clients and prospects, collaborating with team members, and demonstrate well-developed, interactive presentation skills to convey both factual and conceptual ideas to clients.
- Certified professional with three to five years of relevant business experience in the Wealth Management Industry, with 3 years or more as a Registered Representative, and Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct and Practices handbook (CHP) certifications.
