Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Associate Investment Advisor to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As an Associate Investment Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our Investment Advisors and clients by providing exceptional investment advice and planning support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and provide high-quality investment advice to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement investment plans that meet client needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with Investment Advisors to deliver exceptional client service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and emerging issues to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Participate in business development activities to attract and retain clients.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment by sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or community college diploma with over 3 years of experience in wealth management or a related field.
  • Licensed as a Registered Representative (RR) with the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC).
  • Optional: Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM), Certified Financial Accountant (CFA), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work independently or as part of a team.
