Job Description

The Product Operations Associate will report to the Director of Product Operations and provide comprehensive operational and coordination support to our entire Product organization.

This role is critical to ensuring our product teams' and activities' smooth and efficient operation. We seek a proactive, innovative thinker with a passion for learning who continuously seeks areas for improvement.

  • Event Management: Organize and coordinate recurring product team meetings and events such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), All Hands meetings, Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions, Hackathons, Internal Product Demos, and other future events.
  • Metrics Tracking & Reporting: Assist in gathering product data and information from various sources to support leadership presentations, ensuring that relevant data is organized and available for use in reports and presentations;
  • Onboarding Support: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires within the Product organization, ensuring a seamless and efficient integration into the team;
  • Documentation Management: Manage and maintain the product library of documents, ensuring all files are organized and easily accessible on Google Drive, intranet, and other internal platforms;
  • Information Organization & Management: Create and manage a comprehensive product resource center, providing easy access to key information and tools for the product team, including outlining best practices of when to use internal resources such as Confluence, Intranet, and Google Drive;
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all levels of leadership and team members across the Product organization to ensure effective communication and coordination of product activities such as roadmap refreshes/presentations, etc.
  • Facilitate Tool Training and Management: Provide training and management support for the product tool stack, including Jira and Pendo, ensuring all team members are proficient in their use;
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement activities for the product organization, identifying enhancements to improve team member experience;
  • Corporate Security Compliance: Be familiar with corporate security policies and follow the guidance set out by processes and procedures of Assent Compliance.

We estimate this position's salary to be around $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in operations or coordinator roles, preferably within a product or technology organization;
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, approach challenges head-on, and proactively identify and solve organizational puzzles;
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset;
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with all levels of leadership comfortably and efficiently;
  • Effective conflict resolution skills to handle interpersonal and project-related conflicts constructively;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work comfortably and efficiently with all levels of leadership and roles within the company, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment;
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism, maturity, and emotional intelligence, capable of concise and tactful interaction across diverse groups;
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Google Drive, Jira, and Pendo;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
  • Experience in training and onboarding processes is desirable;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Highly adaptable and flexible - you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment and deal well with ambiguity.
