Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a well-organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales workers to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
