Job Title: Car Sales and Service Manager

City Centre Auto Sales Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Car Sales and Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales and service operations to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of sales and service professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity, informing our sales and marketing strategies.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement price and credit policies to optimize sales and revenue.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and manage daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
  • Customer Relations: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure a high-performing team.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a sales or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
