About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automobile Sales Manager to join our team at CAN ASIA ENTERPRISES LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize stock to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability, hardworking, positive attitude, and team player.
Work Environment

Automobile dealership with a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
