Heavy Equipment Operator

Aecon Infrastructure Management Inc. is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate heavy equipment, such as cranes, excavators, and bulldozers, to perform various tasks on construction sites.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Prepare accident reports and perform minor repairs to equipment as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or infrastructure management setting.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with attention to detail and a fast-paced work style.
- Relocation costs covered by employer for candidates willing to relocate.
- Health care plan for employees and their families.
- As per collective agreement, including a permanent work term and 37.5 hours of work per week.
