Key Responsibilities

  • Office Procedures: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and other events to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the office is well-stocked and equipped.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
