Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Millwright and Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Mississauga, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will work closely with production staff and other departments to identify and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure production equipment and machinery are functioning properly at all times
- Troubleshoot and repair or replace parts as needed
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve technical issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure
- Conduct safety inspections to ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Licensed millwright (dual licenses in electrical and mechanical trades an asset)
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in machine troubleshooting and with CNC machinery
