Company Overview

Hunter + Esquire®, a cannabis vaporization hardware tech distributor, is seeking a driven and dynamic National Sales Director in Canada to join its team and play a critical role in driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. This remote role blends new business generation with the management and growth of existing accounts.

This individual will identify opportunities to expand Hunter + Esquire's market presence, build long-term relationships with customers, and serve as the key point of contact for Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Accounts team to ensure seamless transitions and alignment on account responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to your assigned region to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Manage and maintain accurate data related to leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is based in Canada, possesses cannabis vape hardware selling experience, and has a network of cannabis LPs in Canada and working knowledge of the legal cannabis ecosystem in Canada. They should be able to conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the company's products and services and demonstrate our unique value proposition, negotiate contracts and pricing with prospective customers, ensuring favorable terms for both the customer and the company, and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand our network and increase brand visibility.
