Insurance Broker Role
At Western Coast Insurance Services, we're seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to join our team. As an Insurance Broker, you'll be responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and referrals. You'll build lasting relationships with customers, helping them protect what matters most.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and email
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
- Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business
Requirements
- No experience necessary; we provide applicable training for the right candidate
- RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
- Working experience in EPIC an asset
