Materials Control Analyst

**Job Overview**
Ford Motor Company is seeking a highly skilled Materials Control Analyst to join our team in Industrial Operations.
**Estimated Salary Range:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Materials Control Analyst to support our industrial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling materials on own initiative and have a comprehensive knowledge of tools and tooling utilized in the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and coordinate the efforts of other analysts and stock control personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track material usage.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A post-secondary education.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully control materials on own initiative.
- Comprehensive knowledge of tools and tooling utilized in the plant.
- Ability to train and coordinate the efforts of other analysts and stock control personnel.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
We would prefer candidates with:
- A university degree in a business-related field.
- Qualifications as an Inventory Control and Follow Up Analyst.
- CPARS experience.
