About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at Vaco. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts receivable function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication: You will be responsible for communicating with customers in both French and English to resolve account issues, including overdue payments and short payments.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with the Customer Service department in Quebec and the Controller to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Account Maintenance: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records, including processing daily cheque and EFT deposits.
  • Credit Management: You will establish and manage credit limits for customers, ensuring that our company's credit risk is minimized.
About You
  • Bilingual Skills: You must be fluent in both English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience: You should have at least 1 year of experience in full-cycle Accounts Receivables, including direct experience with collections and customer interactions.
  • Technical Skills: You should have intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and be able to learn new software quickly.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
