We are seeking a highly skilled Day Foreman to join our Fort St. John team.

This position is responsible for supporting Pembina's safety culture of 'Zero by Choice' and leading multidiscipline teams in operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all operations and maintenance duties are completed safely and in compliance with Pembina's procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Direct supervision of multidiscipline teams and provide direction, measurement, and performance feedback to staff.
  • Support Pembina Maintenance Management (PMM) guidelines and ensure all work is completed within these parameters.
  • Demonstrate and lead teams in safety and operational excellence.
  • Provide leadership and assistance in emergency response training and events.
  • Participate in a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in the pipeline industry as well as related leadership experience.
  • Understanding of pipeline operations and the ability to guide day-to-day operations within the scope of Pembina specific operating practices and applicable industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including an ability to interface positively with field, engineering, and technical support personnel.
  • Ability to perform and direct safe and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a flexible & adaptable approach to change.
