Dahua Agriculture is seeking a skilled Harvest Worker to join our team. As a key member of our floriculture production team, you will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, as well as harvesting and loading/unloading crates and supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Plant and cultivate crops in our organic farming environment
- Harvest crops and load/unload crates and supplies
- Mix and prepare soils to ensure optimal crop growth
- Follow sustainable soy farming practices, including crop rotation, reduced-till or no-till, water and nutrient management, and precision farming technology
You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on sustainable farming practices. Our team is committed to producing high-quality crops while minimizing our environmental impact.
