Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced hairstyling salon manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy salon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing staff, controlling budgets, and implementing marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff management, ensuring that all employees adhere to established guidelines.
  • Budget Control: Plan and manage budgets, as well as inventory control, to maintain optimal financial performance.
  • Marketing Strategies: Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, aiming to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 3-4 people, focusing on their professional development and performance.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Daily Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Education: A non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years is required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is necessary.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail are essential.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
