Take your client engagement to the next level as an Exceptional Client Engagement Specialist at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC).
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through proactive engagement, personalized advice, and tailored solutions.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong passion for building long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing value-added services. You will work closely with clients to identify opportunities, develop strategic plans, and implement effective solutions that meet their financial goals.
What We Offer:
As an RBC employee, you can expect a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Your Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with clients in all areas of the branch and community to understand their banking needs and provide personalized advice
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase sales and referrals

* Collaborate with RBC partners to leverage business opportunities and achieve mutual success

* A proven track record of success in client-facing roles, preferably within the financial industry
