Job Title: Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Room Attendant to join our team at Whiteriver Motel. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, wash windows, walls and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, demonstrate client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, and team player attitude.
Requirements:
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months, permanent position, 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
