Job Title: Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Room Attendant to join our team at Whiteriver Motel.

Job Summary

The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel rooms. This includes sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and making beds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and appliances
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests
  • Stock linen closets and clean kitchen and bathroom fixtures
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests
  • Clean and disinfect elevators and public areas
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependability and initiative to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
