Job Summary:

The Filling Line Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the filling line equipment at Septodont. This role involves preparing components, operating filling machines, inspecting product quality, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow established procedures for gowning and maintain certification
  • Produce high-quality products by following approved protocols
  • Operate filling line equipment with maximum efficiency
  • Inspect products for defects and reject substandard items
  • Complete necessary documentation and report any issues to the supervisor
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards
  • Assist with packaging and labeling as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience (2 years preferred)
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic industry is an asset
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 environment
