Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Andersen Inn & Suites. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinate Services: Arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations as needed.
- Assist with Cleaning Duties: Assist our cleaning staff with their duties as needed to ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure our facilities are maintained and that our guests have a positive experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
Our housekeeping supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

- Dependability: They will be reliable and able to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Our housekeeping supervisor will be able to work effectively with our staff and guests to ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
