Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Andersen Inn & Suites. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service.
- Coordinate and oversee daily cleaning schedules to meet tight deadlines.
- Inspect facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Recommend additional services as needed, such as painting or repairs.
- Assist cleaners with their duties and provide guidance as needed.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Permanent employment opportunity.
- 30 hours per week.
