About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at The Brick. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results and providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset
  • 2 or more years of customer service or sales experience
