Heavy Equipment Outside Parts Sales Representative

**Job Summary**
Brandt is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Heavy Equipment Outside Parts Sales Representative for our Agriculture Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Agricultural parts and service to existing and new customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase parts and service sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Work collaboratively with management to meet budget goals and expand customer base
- Plan and execute territory coverage to maximize sales potential
- Make regular scheduled calls to current and prospective customers to promote and sell Agricultural parts and service
- Maintain accurate records of customer and fleet accounts
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Requirements**
- Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment parts, operations, and industry
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Ability to travel within the territory and work flexible hours
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving abstract
**Preferred Qualifications**
- 2-3 years previous sales experience in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment parts, operations, and industry
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Ability to travel within the territory and work flexible hours
