**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Analyst to join our Structured Equities Trading team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with our trading teams to develop and implement effective pricing models for structured OTC products and notes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain complex pricing models for structured OTC products and notes
- Collaborate with trading teams to ensure accurate and timely pricing of structured products
- Design and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses
- Provide business intelligence and reporting to support sales and structuring teams
- Work closely with Quantitative Modelling, Global Operations, and Market Risk teams to ensure seamless downstream reporting capabilities
**Requirements**
- Strong background in financial engineering, mathematics, or a related field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, and SQL
- Experience with database design and development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
