Quantitative Associate, Structured Equities Trading Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Associate to join our Structured Equities Trading team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with structuring and sales personnel to develop and implement quantitative strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with trading teams to manage trade lifecycle, pricing, and business intelligence.
- Work with Quantitative Modelling, Global Operations, and Market Risk to implement effective downstream reporting capabilities.
- Develop and maintain databases for sell-side trading.
- Apply financial engineering concepts, pricing theory, and derivative models to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Familiarity with equity and fixed income structured products.
- Understanding of database design and financial engineering concepts.
- Advanced programming skills in C#, Python, Flask, and SQL.
- Ability to produce business intelligence and risk reports.
