About the Role:
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing marketing materials for wholesale and retail consumers. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop a portfolio of marketing materials, conduct surveys and analyze data on buying habits and preferences, and implement business plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies
• Develop marketing materials, including promotional campaigns and product launches
• Conduct surveys and analyze data on buying habits and preferences
• Evaluate customer service and store environments to inform marketing strategies
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement business plans
• Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure successful marketing campaigns

Requirements:
• Proven experience in marketing operations and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
