Job Summary

The Medical Support Associate will be responsible for performing various clerical tasks, communicating with patients and staff, and assisting with daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
  • Assist with daily operations, such as stocking supplies and maintaining equipment
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a safe and respectful work environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a medical support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications, such as Microsoft Office
