Job Description: Energy Systems Specialist

This is a permanent full-time opportunity located in Neepawa, MB.

  • Servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing refrigeration and boiler equipment.
  • Recording temperature data at designated times to condition the product.
  • Performing water testing procedures.
  • Reporting anomalies to appropriate personnel.
  • Minimizing downtime by performing preventative maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, and hands-on corrective actions.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid 3rd Class Power Engineers certificate.
  • Ammonia Refrigeration and Mechanical experience.
  • Conscious of all Workplace Safety policies, including WHMIS, lockout & tag out, fall protection, and quality assurance.
  • Able to work independently and as a team member.
  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to instruct and maintain effective and efficient productivity from departmental personnel.
