Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have experience managing staff and assigning duties, studying market research and trends, implementing price and credit policies, planning budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses, determining staffing requirements, recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
Responsibilities- Manage staff and assign duties effectively.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Implement pricing and credit policies that align with company goals.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of revenues and expenses.
- Determine staffing requirements based on business needs.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
This role is based in an electronic products store, where you will work in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
SupervisionYou will be responsible for supervising 1-2 people.
Transportation/Travel InformationPublic transportation is available for commuting.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesThis role requires working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail, and possessing strong organizational skills.
