At GG Ice Centre Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Ice Surface Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the ice surfaces at our arena are clean, smooth, and prepared for events.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and be willing to train. You will work in a cold environment, using machines to clean and maintain the ice surfaces. Your duties will include determining snow quality, monitoring equipment, and cleaning and maintaining recreational facilities and grounds.

We are looking for a team player with strong judgement and organizational skills. If you are a motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machines to clean and maintain ice surfaces
  • Determine snow quality
  • Monitor equipment and detect wear and damage
  • Clean and maintain recreational facilities and grounds
  • Monitor snow making operation and shut down snow making plant
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
