Job Title: Client Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a Client Service Supervisor to join our team at SOS Hub Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and examining and verifying the accuracy of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Examine and verify the accuracy of work
  • Identify workers' training needs
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Temporary employment
  • French language required
  • 32 hours per week
