We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Representative to join our team as a Sales and Service Professional. This role involves achieving individual sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and developing relationships that lead to repeat business. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining product and brand image presentation, ensuring a neat and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a best-in-class experience to customers
  • Win with integrity and uphold our highest brand standards
  • Act with agility to drive sales results
  • Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts

Requirements:

  • Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Physical Environment: Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
  • English mandatory, second language an asset
