Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canco 169 Winnipeg. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Process transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales goals, implement visual merchandising displays, and maintain store appearance.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales floor staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
