Job Title: Retail Store Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will have experience in supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise retail staff
- Manage inventory, including ordering and organizing stock
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages
- Conduct performance reviews and develop action plans to improve staff performance
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
Work Environment:
This is a temporary position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced retail environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
