About the Job

New World Farm Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Laborer to join our team. As a Farm Laborer, you will be responsible for various tasks related to crop harvesting, greenhouse maintenance, and farm operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Harvesting: Assist in the harvesting of crops, including bell peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, and vegetables.
  • Greenhouse Maintenance: Clean and maintain the greenhouse, ensuring a healthy and productive environment for plant growth.
  • Farm Operations: Participate in farm operations, including planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops.
  • Quality Control: Examine products for quality and readiness for market.
  • General Farm Work: Perform various tasks as required, including weeding, seed cutting, and cleaning the work area.
Work Environment

The work environment is a rural area with all-weather conditions. You will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with repetitive tasks and bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Availability: Availability to start immediately.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
