Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Laborer to join our team. As a Farm Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our farm, including greenhouse cleaning, hand harvesting, and crop maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greenhouse Cleaning: Clean and maintain the greenhouse to ensure a healthy growing environment for our crops.
  • Hand Harvesting: Harvest crops by hand, ensuring high-quality produce for our customers.
  • Crop Maintenance: Assist in planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops to ensure optimal growth.
  • Seed Cutting: Cut seeds for replanting and propagation.
  • Weeding: Remove weeds from crops to prevent competition for resources.
  • Clean Work Area: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Harvest Crops: Assist in harvesting crops at the optimal time to ensure high quality.
  • Examine Product: Examine crops for quality and readiness for market.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Environment: Organic farming, all weather conditions.
  • Work Setting: Rural area.
  • Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Reliability, team player.
