Additionally, you will analyze challenges and implement positive solutions, ensure full compliance with brand and manufacturer standards, and participate in ongoing training to continually enhance your skills and improve our customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive Sales Manager, strong leadership and teamwork skills to drive the sales team to success, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and at least 5 years of automotive sales experience, preferably with luxury or import brands. Previous experience with One-Eighty and Vauto systems is a plus. A clean criminal record check and driver's abstract will be required upon hire.
