Restaurant Operations Manager

At THE APRON, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to maximize profits
- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service
- Balance cash and complete financial reports to ensure accurate accounting
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Cost products and services to ensure profitability
- Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients to secure the best deals
- Address customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and provincial/territorial liquor legislation
