Job Title: Quality Management Specialist

Paladin Labs Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Services Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of compliance and quality in our products, services, and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage changes management, product releases, and product quality complaints, including investigations, deviations, and non-conformance systems.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manufacturers, and service providers.
  • Supervise and coordinate the Quality Services Team to ensure timely completion of assigned duties and responsibilities.
  • Manage the establishment licensing system, specific GMP requirements for product launches, ISO 13485 certification, and related quality systems.
  • Prepare and/or revise controlled documents required for compliance.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and retain a team of quality professionals to support key deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in science.
  • ~8+ years of experience in a quality function in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry.
  • ~3+ years' experience in people management.
  • Strong technical writing skills and a good command of general grammar and usage.
  • Bilingual (French and English) with excellent oral and written communication skills.
