Job Description

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment, supervising a team of 3-4 people. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing efficient methods to meet work schedules and deadlines;
  • Coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met;
  • Training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures;
  • Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage;
